If you’ve been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis—or simply want to better support your bone health—this workshop offers a safe and supportive place to learn.
We’ll explore osteoporosis-informed yoga practices designed to support strength, balance, and healthy posture. Movements are taught with bone safety in mind and adapted so you can feel confident in your body and your practice.
