As we move through midlife, our bodies, priorities, and energy all begin to shift. Yoga offers a way to stay connected to your strength, your steadiness, and your sense of ease.
Classes blend mindful movement, breath, and simple strength-building practices that support bone health, balance, and confidence. Each class is designed to help you feel grounded, capable, and at home in your body, no matter where you are in your journey.

As we age, so should the way we move. This series helps you evolve your yoga practice with the needs of your body. As we move through midlife and beyond, it’s natural to notice changes in our strength, balance, and mobility. Over time, we naturally lose some muscle mass and power — changes that influence how steady we feel and how well we support our bones. The good news is that we can influence so much of this. With intentional movement and alignment-based guidance, we can stay strong, steady, and confident as we move through midlife and beyond. And because awareness and breath shape how we move, this series weaves both into each practice to help you feel steady, grounded, and connected.

My teaching is informed by advanced training in bone health and osteoporosis-informed movement, including a 75-hour Yoga for Osteoporosis training through YogaU and BoneFit™ USA training through the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation. I integrate this knowledge into classes designed to support strength, balance, confidence, and healthy aging.

These one-on-one sessions are designed for women who want more individualized guidance than a group class can provide. Whether you’re navigating changes in your body during midlife, living with osteopenia or osteoporosis, rebuilding confidence with movement, or simply looking for a more supportive and personalized experience, private sessions create space to move at your own pace.

Sessions are tailored to your body, goals, movement history, and comfort level. Together, we focus on building strength, balance, stability, agility, posture, and greater confidence in movement through a thoughtful, bone-health-informed approach.
