Strong From Within - a yoga experience and mini-workshop*

You’re invited to pause, reconnect and discover- this experience combines the mindful movement of yoga with the exploration of our innate character strengths**. Character strengths are the positive parts of our personalities. They shape how we think, feel, and act. Research shows that when we recognize and use our character strengths, we experience greater well-being, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of purpose. Our strengths of self-regulation, zest, hope and gratitude have been shown to support us in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, boosting energy, and giving us confidence to reach our goals.

These strengths are already alive within you, but it's how you use them that matters. A balance of strength use is key: too little, and you miss out on their benefits too much and they become draining or rigid.

This workshop invites you to explore how these strengths feel in your body and how to engage them with awareness, choice and care.

Come move, breathe, and discover your strength from within.

Winter Solstice Gentle Flow & Restore

The winter solstice marks a time of transition. As the days have grown shorter and shorter, leading us to the longest night of the year, let’s gather on our yoga mats, marking the beginning of winter.  This time reminds us to honor cycles, honor the darkness and a time to re-awakening and welcome the return of light.

No prior yoga experience needed for this all-levels gentle and restorative yoga class.
